This is the website of Jessica Moren, REALTOR® with Ashworth Real Estate LLC. It's a small marketing site — not a data business — and this policy reflects that. If anything here is unclear, email or call me and I'll explain it in person.

What this site collects

Almost everything I have comes from you, when you choose to send it:

  • Contact, home-valuation, and review forms. When you fill one out, I receive what you type — typically your name, email, and phone number, plus your message. A home-valuation request also includes the property address you'd like me to look at.
  • Basic server logs. Like nearly every website, the server records routine technical details — your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. I use these only to keep the site secure and to fight spam, not to build a profile of you.

I don't ask for, and this site doesn't collect, sensitive information beyond what a real estate conversation reasonably needs.

Why I collect it

To do the thing you asked me to do — answer your question, prepare a home valuation, or post your review. That's the whole purpose. Because I practice real estate in Minnesota, a copy of an inquiry may also be shared with my broker at Ashworth Real Estate LLC for the supervision that state practice calls for. Nothing beyond that.

How it's delivered and stored

  • Email. When a form is submitted, the notification and any reply travel through Google Workspace, the email service Ashworth Real Estate LLC uses.
  • Storage. Your submission is also saved in this site's own database so I can follow up and keep an accurate record of our conversation.

What I don't do

  • I do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
  • There's no third-party advertising on this site and no behavioral tracking or analytics following you around the web.
  • I don't share your details with data brokers or lead resellers.

Cookies

No advertising cookies, and nothing that tracks you across other sites. The only cookies this site may use are the technically necessary kind — the sort that keeps a page working while you're on it.

Your choices

It's your information, and you're in the driver's seat. Reach out any time to see what I have, correct something, or ask me to delete it, and I'll take care of it:

How long I keep it

Only as long as it's useful — long enough to serve you well, and for anything a real estate transaction requires me to retain as a business or legal record. When it's no longer needed for either, it's removed.

One last note: this page is general information about how this site handles your data, not legal advice. If you have a specific legal question about your privacy or a transaction, please talk to a qualified attorney.
